Website Privacy Policy

How we handle your information on this website.

This Website Privacy Policy describes how Premier Psychiatry ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information gathered through our website (premierpsychiatry.net). This policy is distinct from our Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs the protection of your Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA.

Information We Collect

When you use our website, we may collect:

  • Information You Provide: Your name, email address, phone number, and the message you submit through our contact form. The form is provided by a third-party form service, which passes your submission to our office.
  • Automated Information: Like most websites, our web host may automatically record basic technical information, such as IP addresses, browser types and the pages requested. The contact form's provider and its security service may set cookies needed for the form to work and to prevent spam.
  • Website Measurement: We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and how they scroll and click. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and are operated by Google and Microsoft under their own privacy policies. Microsoft Clarity is set to mask the text on our pages and anything typed into a field before a visit is recorded. These tools do not receive what you type into our contact form, and we do not use them for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Please Do Not Send Health Information

Please use the website contact form for general questions only. Do not send personal health information through it. Specific patient care must be addressed during your appointment.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected via the website to:

  • Respond to your inquiry by phone or email.
  • Help you request an appointment.
  • Improve our website functionality and user experience.
