The office is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. These are general hours, not the hours of every provider; appointment availability varies by provider. TMS and Spravato® are offered at this office.

From I-80 (East or West)
Take Exit 145 for US-45 / LaGrange Road North. Travel north approximately 3 miles to 165th Street. Turn left (west) on 165th Street; our building will be on your left.
From I-355 (Veterans Memorial)
Take the 159th Street (US-6) exit and head east through Homer Glen into Orland Park. Turn right onto 108th Avenue or 104th Avenue to 165th Street.
